This is a 6-10 sessions programme covered through LIVE Online sessions across 6-10 weeks. There are 3 Phases – Consciousness, Competence & Charisma. Depending on your need, as determined by the discovery session, the number of sessions get decided.
You develop a strong sense of self-respect and drive your conversations with a clear awareness of your feelings & needs. You would begin to feel the power and effectiveness of your interactions across any medium, be it email, phone, virtual or in person.
These are the 6 weeks where you learn a simple (but not easy) model that takes conscious practice for effectiveness in communication. The NVC model of Observation – Feelings – Needs – Request will fit your need for effectiveness in over 90% of your human interactions. Each classroom unravels the science of effective conversations and makes you practically apply each tool you learn.

In these 4 weeks we come together to leverage the science of influence. The focus here is on extensively building your Executive Presence. You become your most charismatic self while building your like-ability, networking skills, authentic & humble power no matter which room you walk into. This module has massive action to bring you massive results.
