As our services are delivered in a digital format and are often customized, we do not typically offer refunds. However, if you believe the service delivered is not as described, you may request a refund within 10 days of receiving the service. The decision to grant a refund will be at the sole discretion of Mira Swarup.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

Once the refund request is placed, it will take 7-10 Business days to process the request back to the respective account.
